Sainte Baume mountains, the Syrah of Liberté Chérie
is truly independant. The balance of this plot is unique,
offering a savoury freshness to this provençal Syrah.
Winemaking:
Hand picked.
Crushing, destemming.
Fermentation, 12 months aging in 500ml oak casks
and
6 months refining in amphorae.
Very limited production.
Tasting notes:
Liberté Chérie is a very balanced wine, with powerfull
aromas but also a lot a finesse, revealing floral notes, red
fruits, scents of wild herbs and pepper. A saline finish brings
dynamism and freshness.
