label "Qualité France". Within the perspective of the
most natural cultivation possible and respecting
nature, no synthetic chemical is used.
Vinification
The harvesting is manual, and vinified in whole bunches in small vats. The fermenting must is manually mixed daily in order to obtain all the finesse of the tannins.
This 1610 wine was created especially to celebrate the domain’s quatercentenary.
A great cellaring red wine which fully shows off its terroir.
Tasting notes
In the mouth, the wine is broad, and expresses itself with a great deal of elegance on black fruit (blackcurrant) with a hint of pepper. A well structured and balanced wine which can well be kept for many years.
